System Description
A system that allows financial institutions to obtain information from their clients' bank accounts to offer personalized financial services. The system consists of several microservices that communicate with each other to obtain and process bank account information.
In addition to information retrieval, the system provides users who add accounts with access to a PFM (Personal Financial Management) to visualize their transactions and account balances.
Responsibilities:
- Technical project lead
- Architecture, design, and implementation of microservices
- Integration with Open Banking systems
- Backend development in Python
Results: The system is currently used by several major financial institutions in Mexico, including Banco Azteca and Círculo de Crédito, among others.

Nawicard is a system for managing company capital through prepaid cards and for making interbank transfers. It features administrative portals and a mobile application for cardholders.
Application Features:
- Perform interbank transfers
- Check balance
- View transactions
- Block card in case of theft or loss
- Create virtual cards for online purchases
Role: As CTO:
- Designed the system architecture
- Managed the technical team
- Designed the microservices structure that compose the system
- Designed the CI/CD workflow
- Stakeholder relations

Mesada is a platform for sending and receiving remittances via blockchain in the USA and Latin America. This was an inherited project from a software development company that couldn't complete it.

- Redesigned the architecture from microservices to a monolithic architecture in Django Rest Framework
- System documentation
- Backend development in Django Rest Framework
Results: The system was used by the startup until it ceased operations.
